جہاں تکُ layman کے ساتھ communicate کرنے کا تعلق ھے تو ایک کہانی ھے کہ کسی گاؤں میں لوگوں نے کبھی تربوز نہیں دیکھا تھا ایک کھیت میں تربوز اگ آیا لوگ اسے کوئی monster سمجھنے لگے۔ ایک اجنبی گاؤں میں آیا تو اس نے کہا یہ تو ایک کھانے کی چیز ھے میں اسے ابھی کاٹ کے کھاتا ھوں۔ لوگوں نے اسے پکڑ کر گاؤں سے نکال دیا کہ کوئی مصیبت پیدا کرے گا اس مونسٹر کو چھیڑ کے۔ کچھ دن بعد اور شخص آیا لوگوں نے بتایا کہ ھمارے کھیت میں کوئی بلا ھے۔ اس نے جا دیکھا تو تربوز تھا۔ لیکن اس نے لوگوں سے کہا کہ واقعی کوئی مونسٹر ھے اسے مارنے کوئی منصوبہ بنانا پڑے گا۔ اس نے ایک پورا پلان بنایا لوگ بڑے امپریس ھوئے اور پھر اس نے اس پلان پر عمل کرتے ھوئے تلوار سے تربوز پہ حملہ کیا اور اسے کاٹ ڈالا۔ لوگوں نے اسے ھیرو بنا لیا ۔ پھر اس نے تربوز خود کھایا اور باقی لوگ بھی اسے کھانے لگے۔

One thing that he is saying, it is good to be depressed I think he means it is good to be little bit stressed and curious because depression is more pathological and in depression you cannot think critically but under stress and anxiety you can think of novel solution of a problem.
